The supernatural population increases!

Hello, my delightful television seekers! Today’s post will be about “Teen Wolf” I know, I know the title sounds horrible. I mean seriously “Teen Wolf?” But haven’t you heard the phrase don’t judge a book by its cover? Just subsitute book with TV show. Teen Wolf was expected by many to be very cliché, corny, and cheesy. Thankfully it’s not, and it was worth spending personal free time on. This show has people shocked and amazed on how fantastic it came to be. Teen Wolf is suspenseful, creative, romantic, mysterious, exciting, supernatural, and the cast is great too. Don’t believe me? Read on then...

 

 

The setting takes place in Beacon Hills, California. It is about how teenager Scott McCall, a nobody in high school with a love of lacrosse and a loyal trustworthy best friend, is bitten by a Werewolf. It wasn’t just any werewolf either, it was the alpha. Scott was just a normal sixteen-year-old who wasn’t really at the top of the hierarchy for high school. Stiles was his best friend and also the son of the chief police at Beacon Hills. The two go wandering out to look for the half naked girl, who was murdered and cut in half in the woods. In these woods Scott does find the other half of the naked girl, but he is also bitten by a mysterious animal, who we later find out is a werewolf.


           Now this is where the story gets interesting! The next day, which is the first day of school, Scott tells his buddy that he thinks he got bit by a wolf. Stiles response is that's impossible; there are no wolves in California. Scott was convinced it was nothing, but that changed when he could hear things much louder and clearer than it was, and when he could move faster and quicker, than any human could. The biggest concern is when he was stronger and a ten times better player in lacrosse than ever. That is when the recent best player on the team, Jackson Whittemore, gets jealous and suspicious. Next we have a love affair between Scott and the new girl, who also takes a huge part in the show than just the dream girl. Scott is completely unprepared for this whole werewolf thing, but luckily his best friend Stiles knows all about it and how to cope with it.The plot reaches higher proportions though; not only does Scott deal with the fact that he is a werewolf, but there are also werewolf hunters.
 
    I personally give this show a four-star rating. The cast is great, the plot always seems to be just a small part of an even bigger situation, it has some fun humor, it’s supernatural, the relationship statuses are fun, and more! I would recommend anyone who likes supernatural shows and movies to definitely put this in mind.
